Addressing issues about accessing the material or links

All the material that is shared by Walnut School (Google Forms, Meet Links, Presentations or PDFs) can ONLY be accessed using your child’s Walnut email address. Your own personal email address WILL NOT give you access. 

In case you need to “Request Access” or are “Denied Permission” or asked for a “Class Code”, that means you are NOT using the Walnut email address to login. In case you face technical difficulties while logging in, do click here for help.

If you are using the Walnut email address and are still facing issues, you might need to clear the cache and the browser data from the settings. If you continue to face issues, try changing your browser or device or check the settings on your own device. Here is a PDF that you can refer to and see if it helps. Each device is different and you will have to figure out the settings for your own device.

Kindly DO NOT send us emails that say you are unable to access the shared material or links. There is nothing more that we can do in this regard.
